The right candidate must have collision estimating and CCC1 estimating program experience. Able to Work well within a team in a fast paced environment. Dealing directly with all insurance companies and adjusters, using sales abilities to capture jobs, having great customer service skills is a must with a positive attitude. Having a strong work ethic and interest in learning and growing in this position. Punctual and dependable. Valid/Clean drivers license. Full time 45+ hours a week. Full benefits. Pay based on experience.
