Are you ready to process, honor, and RELEASE 2023? What gifts, burdens, lessons, and challenges from this past year are you ready to move through your system? Are you prepared to find closure on this year so that you can step into 2024 with an open heart and fresh eyes?
Join us online on Thursday, December 28th from 9am-Noon PST for a very special 3-hour workshop with Yes Collective Cofounder Justin Wilford, PhD, and Director of Community, Alicia Wuth, PsyD, that will lead a that will help you process what your system is holding from this past year, honor both the burdens and the gifts that are present, integrate what your parts need, and let go of what they don’t.
We’ll do this through a gentle yet powerful set of IFS-inspired meditations and journaling practices, culminating in a 60-minute psychedelic breathwork session, supported by a very special DJ set by Justin!
Psychedelic breathwork is a unique practice based in holotropic-style breathing. It opens up your body, heart, and mind to help us witness what we’ve been holding on to, compassionately release what is not ours to hold, and open us to our deeper wisdom and clarity inside. Justin and Alicia will help you do this by first guiding you through meditation and journaling practices inspired by an Internal Family Systems framework. They’ll then lead you into the psychedelic breathwork, followed by an integrative journaling and processing session to close the experience.
Yes Collective psychedelic breathwork sessions are safe but powerful experiences for individuals who are ready for breakthroughs of greater clarity, self-compassion, and self-expression.

Buckle up! This week we're thrilled to welcome on the podcast Colin Pugh, Executive Director of the Brooklyn Psychedelic Society (BPS), an organization founded in 2015 whose mission is to serve as a prototype of a psychedelic co-op, which is to say a democratically governed, community-based healing center. BPS's current focus is on creating Trellis, an open-source community-based healing model that maximizes the safety, accessibility, and effectiveness of psychedelic journeying both underground and above. Colin is originally from Syracuse, NY and has lived in Brooklyn, NY for the past 9 years.
We talked about how Colin first came into contact with psychedelics, how he connected with the Brooklyn Psychedelic Society and eventually became its Executive Director, and how he helps the BPS today grow a model of community-based healing that could one day spread across the country. We then dive into Justin's idea of "post-church spaces" aimed at intentionally nurturing community, transcendence, and personal growth outside of religious institutions. If you care about how we can find rich, healing community outside of traditional religion, then you're going to love this discussion!
