While these are joyous times for many, We are acutely aware that for many these times are accompanied by loneliness, painful memories, and sadness. You are not alone. Veterans can feel isolated, burdened, and struggle to assimilate in today’s society. Steel Sharpens Steel Operations combats these challenges plaguing veterans utilizing non-clinical holistic modalities to share experiences, promote cohesion, encourage vulnerability, and wrap Veterans with tools and resources to navigate life after the military. S3 Operations accomplishes this through a ten day immersive and focused Trek in the Appalachian Mountains of beautiful North Georgia. This transformational experience is led by some of the military’s finest warriors deeply committed to helping their brothers and sisters find purpose, reconnect with loved ones, and leave armed to embrace life’s challenges.
