Reminder: tomorrow LSSU will conduct a simulated event involving multiple emergency vehicles. This is only a simulated experience and not an actual emergency.

What an exciting experience! This event is FREE and open to the public. Lake Superior State University students in Nursing, Emergency Service, Fire Science, and Criminal Justice will be collaborating together in a team dynamic interprofessional simulation involving a mass casualty. Meet Bernice Biron. Bernice is from Sault Ste. Marie/Brimley, MI area. Bernice shows interest in a variety of nursing area and plans to continue to work and care for her community. Bernice's advice to future nurses is "Put one foot in front of the other. Before an exam remind yourself that it’s ok that you don’t know everything, it’s impossible, but you at least know some things. Remember to take care of yourself. Nursing isn’t just a career but it’s a lifestyle".
