This Corvette Z06 needed a front frame rail replacement and that’s definitely not a repair we can do by eye. If anything is even slightly out of spec, it can affect suspension geometry, panel, fitment, and how the vehicle performs and protects in another impact.

Using our Benchrack system, we were able to lock the vehicle in position, which allows us to gather data points measure every dimension, and ensure the new frame is positioned exactly where the manufacturer intended. Every cut and weld is verified against factory specifications.

With the proper equipment in the right process, this is not just a repair, it’s a precise, structural restoration once reassembled it would be exactly as it left the factor with no hint that anything was ever out of place.

This 1988 Mustang GT looked like it was in pretty rough shape. It’s visiting us for some body work and some new paint. Given the multiple layers of paint and the condition of the car when it dropped off, it was definitely a candidate for Glass Blasting. I was definitely nervous about doing the blasting as these cars were notorious for rotting out. To my surprise, it was quite the opposite. This thing is spotless!!!!! After the media blasting we cleaned and scuffed the metal for any oxidation immediately applying PPG DP expoxy primer. We will now let this sit for a week and begin bodywork on top of the primer. Stay tuned. This is gonna be a cool one!!!!
