Going to see Mayor's office Monday morning..
This is what I was going to say to the Mayor.....
I have been on that spot for 10 years, and I bought it from a friend.
I have followed you rules, and I have never had a single issue. I give back to each community I'm in. With that being said.
YOUR City officer Mr. Cooper admitted that he did not inform me of what had happened. 1 mistake.
The City did not inform the County that I was no longer eligible for a permit. Second Mistake from YOUR office.
You tell me that it will not be fair if I get to stay because the others companies don't.

I want to tell you my side.
Everyone of the other Companies had a chance to apply for a varience, not one of them did. I would have done so. I would have started the process in July. Then if I lost I would not been able to set up....
But because YOUR City employee did not tell me. I did not get that chance. And then Your City office and Your County office did not talk. They allowed me to apply for and they gave me a permit. I was told that you were a stand up Mayor and you are fair honest man.
How is Your Office being fair to me?
I followed your rules. Why should i suffer because your employees are at Fault. I'm asking you to allow me to open because that would be the Fair thing to do for the 2 mistakes Your office made
