Let’s hear it for the Dads— 💙😘🙏🏽

These four flavors feel like they would be my dad’s favorites, if he were still here to taste them:

First: Sacred Seed. This flavor honors my father. Fennel has such an impact—especially when fermented—it can help with digestion and may ease heartburn. Those were the kinds of symptoms my father experienced first… pay attention to digestive feedback🙏🏽. Please don’t ignore it.

Second: Red Pepper. I remember my dad eating red pepper—he’d have a tablespoon and keep right on with his conversation.
