Blepharoplasty surgery rejuvenates the eyes. The lower lid surgery avoids a scar while the upper lids have an incision in the natural lid crease. Healing takes 3 weeks as shown in these 2 different patients, but final results might take 4 months. The first patient shown had only lower blepharoplasty as her upper lids were fine. The second patient shown had both upper and lower lids and surgery for all 4 lids takes about 30 minutes under propofol anesthesia.

Our amazing patient had a deep plane facelift and scarless lower lid blepharoplasty. She is shown here 1 month out with restoration of her jawline, neck and lower lids. My goal is always achieving natural, refreshed results.

I returned home after a trip to the OC to Allergan's training center where I conducted a 2 day anatomy course. We had incredible attendees and great interaction. The Irvine TC is truly special as are the faculty that work there. I even got to visit my friends at Masters Med Spa before leaving and enjoyed take out from Din Tau Fung. 😋

I had the pleasure of seeing many friends from Allergan early this week. I hosted the largest AMI course to date which was in San Diego and got to share the stage with many talented providers. We did anatomy and live filler and Botox injections Sebastian Cotofana, MD, PhD, PhD. Two amazing dinners, one in Sarasota and the next night hosting AMI Faculty and BDMs on San Diego. Its been busy, but the fun is not over yet. More to come.
