A Sarasota classic, reimagined.
The Midtown Plaza North Renovation transformed a 1950s-era commercial center into a modern, functional destination while preserving the character of Sarasota’s urban landscape.
📐 102,250 square feet renovated
🏢 Contemporary façade redesign
⚫ Vertical black aluminum elements add depth and scale
☀️ New fenestration and exterior volumes enhance both aesthetics and functionality
♿ Improved accessibility throughout the property
Through thoughtful adaptation, strategic design, and respect for the existing structure, this project proves that great architecture isn't always about starting over, but it's about seeing new possibilities in what already exists.
