Come join the community. Allow FAITH to be a part of your FITNESS. Small group fitness class on Tuesdays\Thursdays 9AM or Saturdays 8AM. Feel safe and welcome in your differences. Whether you’re just working out for the first time or needing a challenge you are welcome. First class is free.

A true “sole” mate! You and your running shoes are invited to take off on three adventures as part of the 2026 RunManatee 5K Series this Spring, Summer and Fall. Includes dynamic warm-ups, chip-timed 5Ks, yoga cool-downs and local wellness and food vendors.
