To make them:

Mix a can of chicken with 1 cup of cheddar and 1 large egg. Shape into 4 patties & bake on parchment paper @ 400F for 20 mins. Take them out, serve on a lettuce wrap & enjoy 🙌

Pro tip: I used ranch seasoning, but they’re also great with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder & paprika.

You can also air fry these @ 400F for 10 mins flipping halfway 👍

Say “YUM” if you would eat this Creamy Tuscan Chicken 😋🙌

Ingredients for the chicken:
2 chicken breasts
3 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
Seasonings of your choice

For the sauce:
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup fresh spinach
1/4 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup grated fresh parmesan
1 tsp minced garlic
Salt, pepper & Italian seasonings to taste

Instructions:
1. For the chicken combine your cream cheese, cherry tomatoes & spinach.
2. Butterfly the chicken breast, coat with seasonings, oil & stuff the mix inside.
3. Secure with toothpicks and bake @ 375F for 30-40 minutes. (Until internal temp reaches 165F)
4. For the sauce combine your cream, butter, olive oil, parmesan, garlic and seasonings to a sauce pan over medium high heat. Whisk until it thickens.
5. Add your spinach and tomatoes and let it simmer until the spinach wilts. Pour over your chicken breast & enjoy.

This easy recipe is super quick to throw together and will blow your mind! It is so delish!! 🙌
