Customer original concerns: soft floor in pass through. Upon inspection found black tank cracked on the top. Out of warranty- 9 year old unit.
Removed underbelly, pulled old tank and replaced with an upgraded tank, and modified mounting brackets to install. All new plumbing installed. All new underbelly installed.
Cut out rotted section of carpeted pass through. Replaced Plywood and covered with linoleum.
*This is a permanent live in unit on a person property so all work was performed in the field.*
