🏟️ Chieftain Center – Sapulpa High School
1201 East Lincoln
• Doors open at 9:00 AM
• Coaches Registration Table will be OUTSIDE the main entrance
• First performance begins at 9:50 AM
• Awards planned for ~3:15 PM

🚧 Parking & Construction
• Please anticipate construction around the Chieftain Center.
• Use the BLUE-LABELED overflow lots to the west of the Chieftain Center and north of the football field.
• The red-labeled lot is CLOSED — no parking permitted.
• Allow extra time to arrive and walk in.

💵 Admission & Payments
• $10 per person
• Students (school age): $5
• Seniors & Military (with ID): $5 discount
• Cash or card accepted at admissions & concessions
• Shoutouts: CASH ONLY

We’re almost there, cheer families! Here’s everything you need to know before competition day:

📍 Event Basics
• Doors open: 9:00 AM
• No outside food/drinks
• Concessions open all day

🎟️ Admission
• $10 per person
• Students: $5
• Seniors & Military (with ID): $5 discount
• Cash or card accepted at admissions & concessions

⚠️ Please Remember
• A signed liability waiver must be turned in for each cheerleader.
• 1st & 2nd grade performance teams: Check in by 9:15 AM to ensure we start on time.
• All other squads: Check in by 10:00 AM.
• Coaches: Please have your ASEP or USA Cheer certification on hand at the event.

👕 Merch & Extras
• Competition T-shirts: $20
• Flowers: $10–$30 (🌹 roses + 💐 mixed bouquets)
• Shoutouts: $1 — cash only

💳 Payments
• A 3% convenience fee applies to all electronic transactions

We are officially 2 weeks away from the 2025 SLC Cheer Competition, and we cannot WAIT to see these athletes take the floor and shine! ✨

The tentative performance schedule has been emailed to Coaches & Directors. Please check with your program if you did not receive it. We will post schedules online SOON!

🟦 1st–2nd Grade Teams: Check in by 9:15 AM
🟦 All Other Teams: Check in by 10:00 AM

✅ Waiver required for every athlete
🎟 Coaches will receive wristbands for floor & hospitality access
