• Pay Range 27%-34% of load
• Tarp Pay $50
• Breakdown Pay $75 per day if on the road
• Referral Bonus $250 per driver after driver stays 90 days
• Detention Pay TBD per customer
• Sign On Bonus
o $500 paid after 90 working days
o $500 paid after 180 working days
o $1000 paid at 1 year anniversary
• 14 days out 2 days off or 21 days out 4 days off
