Pools Etc

A old customer recently shared images of their pool after it was refilled following drainage and resurfacing, only to discover that the deep end had shifted and compromised the deck. Despite my repeated recommendations to redo the mastic during servicing, the issue persisted. It appears this oversight may have contributed to the problem. What are your thoughts on this matter?
