CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL THOSE THAT CAN NOW BE LEGALLY MARRIED! ANOTHER FORM OF FREEDOM.

This past Saturday, I had a wedding at the white Church on the hill in the town of Bodega, CA. This is the church that was in the movie "The Birds" with Alfred Hitchcock.

At the time you purchase your wedding license, ask if you can make arrangements to pay in advance for the Recorded Wedding License, so that as soon as it is recorded they will send you your Official Recorded License. Not all California County Offices allow this, but it don't hurt to ask.

Did you know that if you are looking for a person to perform your ceremony in Spanish or another language, you can call your local County Clerks Office and ask if they have an Officiant available on the date you need them.

Be sure you call well in advance and it must be on a weekend.
