I entered one of my prints in a Marian themed art show in San Francisco recently. I was honored to have my babies come to see it for their first art show. I believe children are never too young to enjoy the art scene!

2020 was a success! Thank you to everyone who came out and supported the premiere of my Visions of Fatima photography collection. Thank you to all the patrons who purchased pieces tonight and to all the wonderful artists and art lovers that I met. ☮️🤎

On January 18th at The Oakland Art Show, I'll be premiering my photography collection called Visions of Fatima. The following is a description of my work and the inspiration behind it. Visions of Fatima is a collection of photographic images inspired by the celestial phenomenon known as the Miracle of the Sun that occurred in Fatima, Portugal on October 13, 1917 and is associated with coinciding apparitions of the Virgin Mary. 🌤🌈🌹

The subject of these abstract prismatic works is a statue of Our Lady of Fatima, which is another name for the Virgin Mary, given after she appeared in Fatima. With the use of a light prism, I explore how light refractions and vibrant colors create an impression of otherworldliness, evoking a sense of wonder and awe that thousands of witnesses of the Miracle of the Sun experienced.
