3 signs your body is asking for more stillness
We often wait until we're completely burnt out before we listen. But your body sends quieter signals long before that point.
Here are 3 signs it's time to come back to your practice:
01. You wake up tired no matter how much you sleep.
Rest without stillness doesn't restore the soul — only deep, intentional practice can do that.
02. Small things irritate you more than they should.
That short fuse isn't a character flaw. It's nervous system overload. Your body is asking for regulation.
03. You crave quiet but can't seem to find it.
The quiet you're craving doesn't exist outside you — it exists within you, and yoga and meditation are the door.
