6:15AM & 8:00AM

Tuesday classes will take place as usual. Have an awesome time with friends and family.

I’ve had the honor of training at Lahaina CrossFit while visiting Maui. We were treated like family and welcomed with open arms.

Locally we are very familiar with the devastation caused by wildfires. We’ve all experienced it first hand. Many of us loosing everything in the blink of an eye.

Sweat Equity it would be an honor to all get together for this tribute workout!
