TLC Transition Age Youth Housing Programs

💛 TLC was proud to participate in connection with the county and other service programs for this year’s Point-in-Time (PIT) Count, a nationwide effort to better understand homelessness in our community.

By joining outreach teams and connecting with individuals where they are, TLC helped ensure people experiencing homelessness were seen, heard, and counted. This data plays a critical role in shaping services, funding, and long-term housing solutions.

Today we’re celebrating Romollo and an incredible milestone—his first home and his next step into full independence. After 5.5 years of hard work, growth, and perseverance, Romollo will officially graduate from the THP Plus Program on January 8th 🎓

A huge shoutout to Ariel, whose support with the housing voucher helped make this moment possible. This is what community, commitment, and believing in our youth looks like.
