Julie is truly brilliant when it comes to customer service and communication. This loan was very challenging on several levels, and due to no fault of Julie's fell apart at one point due to lack of appraiser availability, and she was able to creatively make the deal go through. We had challenges with the realtors, and there were chances that it could have gotten messy, and Julie was able to assist so much; Julie was the 'glue'.
