Some recent dry-rot remediation work. The rot in the stair stringers can go unnoticed, weakening the stairs and posing a hidden hazard, so repairs are critical. On the side of the home in the other photo, moister was running down the side of the home beneath the siding and weakening framing deep and out of sight. This a good reason to take a deeper look at superficial signs of damage.
