Is the scale the right way to be monitoring your fat loss?

The scale can fluctuate a lot during your journey which can be very deceiving and sometimes demotivating.

That’s why I personally use before and after pictures and the pants method. Put on piece of clothing that doesn’t fit, then in two weeks try it on again and see what progress you made!

I’m a more visual person. No matter how many times I tell myself the scale doesn’t reflect my progress numbers can deceive me and can make me feel down.

That’s why I believe it’s good to have alternative ways of measuring progress!
