Fountain Grove Estates Home. This home starts with a full 10 ft. Basement which holds a wine cellar, full bath and bedroom opening French Doors up into a lower patio. Above is a large open beam great room off a full service kitchen. A wrap around Country style porch leads from the front door to the back patio. The third story has four bedrooms and 3 full baths. Quite a bit of structural engineering goes into a home of this stature. Considering one third of this home is under ground, the architect had to imagine positioning this basement foundation and lower patio into a tight fit on this property without feeling confined. Harrison Woodfield Architects worked with the owners to come up with this beautiful design. I'll post pictures as I finish this project in the next 5 months. Excellent design makes this home seem to go on and on.
