Exciting News: Grant Received to Empower TAY Youth!
YOUTH EMPOWERMENT, COMMUNITY SUPPORT, SAFETY AND STABILITY
Community Support Network is thrilled to announce that we have been awarded an incredible grant to enhance our TAY (Transitional Age Youth) permanent supportive housing program! This generous support from the Legacy Fund, established by the Press Democrat to uplift local non-profits, will significantly impact the lives of vulnerable young adults in our community. With this funding, we reaffirm our commitment to empowering youth, ensuring they have access to the resources and support they need to thrive. This grant will enable us to expand our services, providing holistic support that includes mental health resources, job training programs, and life skills workshops. By addressing the wide ranging needs of our youth, we aim to foster independence and resilience, helping them navigate their journey toward a brighter future. Together, we can create a nurturing environment where every young person feels valued and empowered to achieve their dreams.
