Westside Little League

Monday evening was a special gathering on our CCLA field, forever known as Brandon Champion Field. Westside gathered to officially recognize the new scoreboard dedicated to Brandon Champion and honor the life, spirit, and legacy of Brandon.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the Brandon Champion Foundation and all of the generous supporters who helped make this project possible: Devincenzi Concrete, Madison Electric, Holly Construction, Rector Plumbing, Axia Architects, Black Iron Inc., and Sam Metz.

We were especially honored to have the Champion family here with us this evening and to continue with a special tradition, Brandon’s oldest son, Tyler Champion, threw out the nights ceremonial first pitch. We are grateful to the supporters who came out, thank you to Sebastopol Little League for joining us before the game against our Juniors Serpientes team. “Play Like A Champion”

It wasn’t 1 BUT it was 2 HOMERUNS for Big ROC tonight against the WS Ballers!! Rocco’s second dinger cleared out of John Perry Field onto the next field. The WS Prospectors took the W tonight and we can’t be prouder of you #8. Keep pounding, we love to watch you play!
