Join us for this important and informative training presented by Dr. Erin Lund. Participants will learn about the care of drug and alcohol exposed infants and children.

Dr. Erin Lund, MD, MPH a board-certified family physician specializing in maternal, child, reproductive health, and addiction medicine. With over 16 years of experience, she founded the New Beginnings Clinic at Santa Rosa Community Health, providing comprehensive care for high-risk perinatal patients and their children. Dr. Lund is dedicated to reducing the intergenerational effects of addiction and trauma and advocating for policies that combat stigma against people who use drugs. She also serves as the program director for the Sutter Addiction Medicine Fellowship.

We were honored to recently host a session with the Open World Ukrainian Delegation on November 12.

Since 1993, Sebastopol, California and Chyhyryn, Ukraine have shared a meaningful sister-city relationship built on cultural exchange, travel, community projects, and long-standing friendship. Over the years, this connection has continued to grow.

During their visit, the delegation came to CPI to learn more about our Family Resource Centers and the family services we provide throughout the community. It was an incredible opportunity to share knowledge, exchange ideas, and strengthen the bonds between our regions.

We’re grateful for this opportunity and look forward to future partnerships and shared progress!

Last Friday, Elizabeth Vermilyea, CPI’s Deputy Director, presented to the Community Liaisons at the Sonoma County Office of Education (SCOE).

It was a wonderful opportunity to share CPI’s services with the liaisons—who play a vital role as a bridge between families and community resources. 💙
