A big thank you to the dispatcher lady who answered my call and let me bring over my donation, even though the website said they were only taking donations 6am to 6pm. She said they were loading up there truck now and to come sooner, than later. I made it there 15 minutes later. Sorry I can't remember her name...I was just so focused on getting there.

It's Duh Balm is great for using when you are getting a massage or in areas you can reach, but when you have an area you can't properly get to, have you ever considered using a foam roller? Are you a pro at it or do find yourself fumbling through it?
