The original bathroom in this mid-century modern home was kinda cool and retro. We considered trying to keep some of the wallpaper but, it was all just in horrible shape. Plus, the layout of the space could use a change-up.

Considering this bathroom serves as the bathroom for a pre-teen boy as well as a guest bathroom, it was worth taking it in a more vibrant and fun direction.

When your kitchen has good bones and your cabinets are in good shape, no need for a gut renovation. New flooring, painted cabinets, new countertops, backsplash, cabinet hardware, add some recessed lighting and Ta Da! Fresh as a daisy!

Guests have reported that they love this new, perkier guest bedroom.

Part of a much bigger home refresh, this new front entry created a much more welcoming first impression and is a more modern take for this mid-century home.
