HOW SWEET IT IS!
Candy is 4 years 2 months-old and sponsored by Alice Weigel. SNAP Cats rescued Candy from Fresno, CA. For those who don’t know what The 60% Club is, FeLV+ adult cats have a 60% chance of shedding the virus (FeLV) naturally. If our FeLV+ adults stay healthy and show no signs of disease, we’ll test them every 6 months to see if they’ve shed the virus. Well, Candy tested negative for FeLV! Which is fantastic because Candy is one of the sweetest, most affectionate cats here! She gets along great with others here, uses the box 100% of the time, and will make a wonderful addition to any family.
If you’re interested in Candy please fill out an adoption application at https://www.snapcats.org/category/adoption/catsforadoption/. Thanks.

WHITE CAT WEDNESDAY!
Violet is 2 years 4 months-old and sponsored by Alex Huie. SNAP Cats rescued Violet from San Bernardino, CA. Violet was found in a small colony of stray cats in San Bernardino covered in mange. She was taken to a local rescue called PawLove.org, where Kimberly treated Violet for mange, got her spayed and up to date on vaccines, and that’s when they learned Violet is FIV+. Kimberly’s organization doesn’t normally adopt out cats (they help where we can with the homeless animal population and those that need them), so she reached out to us.
We think Violet will thrive in a quieter environment with fewer kitties. Right now she’s a bit skittish, but once she gets to knows you she loves pets and attention. So we’d like to find a new home for Violet ASAP.
If you can give Violet a new home please fill out an adoption application at https://www.snapcats.org/category/adoption/catsforadoption/. Thanks.

TWO FOR TUESDAY!
Pumpkin and Zoe are 1 year 2 months-old and sponsored by Alice Weigel. SNAP Cats rescued Pumpkin and Zoe from Orange County. ACTUALLY, we rescued their mom from Orange County where she and two other females were being abused. Little did we know that their mom was, well, pregnant, and a week later out popped 5 kittens! Two of the five (Brittany and Dora) have been adopted. One, Cali, unfortunately passed away. Which leaves Pumpkin and Zoe, who are kinda bonded so we’d like to see them adopted together. Both are very playful, but can be a bit skittish at times, but we think once they’re in a “calmer” environment they’ll open up and be fine. They’ll just need a little time to adjust.
BTW: If two kittens aren't enough for you, please add Poe. All three really enjoy playing with one another!
If you’re interested in Pumpkin and Zoe please fill out an adoption application at https://www.snapcats.org/category/adoption/catsforadoption/. Thanks.

BLACK CAT+ FRIDAY!
This is Leo (black cat, of course), and Sis and Mr. Wobbles (oh yes we are!!!). All three are coming in from Fresno on Sunday, probably arriving during our Summer Open House party. Leo is just missing an eye, and Sis and (rolling my eyes) Mr. Wobbles are, take a wild guess… yes, they have CH.
Many thanks to the rescuers involved: Ericka with Sis and (it kills me) Mr. Wobbles, and Cassie, with Fresno T.N.R., with Leo. And a huge THANK YOU to pilot Kim who will be flying them in (and attending our open house!).

Victoria is 2 years 3 months-old and sponsored by Stephanie Upton. SNAP Cats rescued Victoria from Yuba City, CA. Victoria exhibits a gentle disposition and may initially appear reserved with unfamiliar individuals; however, she seeks attention and affection once comfortable. Her ataxia is classified as moderate+; she is able to move independently and seldom loses balance. Victoria interacts well with other cats, consistently uses the litter box, and will adapt seamlessly to either a single-cat or multi-cat household environment.
If you’re interested in Victoria please fill out an adoption application at https://www.snapcats.org/category/adoption/catsforadoption/. Thanks.
