I have a new series of Gentle Somatic Yoga beginning on Thursday, September 14th from 5:30 - 6:45 PM.

Create a deep reservoir of wellness in body and mind with this modern yoga practice designed to increase your awareness of the relationship between mind, body and soul. A blending of Somatic and Hatha yoga will help you increase flexibility, integrate left and right sides of your body and build strength while gaining tools for relaxation. All levels welcome. Bring a yoga mat and clothes that allow for movement. The cost is $55-$65, depending on your home address.
