I’ve never been good at keeping my own secrets 📖 (others I’m a vault 🤐), so I guess the baby name cat is out of the bag!!!

Nursery sneak peak…This entire room was Smurf blue when we bought our house, so we embraced half the blue once we found out we were having a little boy, then painted the other half a bright white. You know I had to get my 🌵 in and the rest of the inspiration became a mix of fun black and white prints, gold and silver accents, stars, moons, all the animals a little boy could want, and of course his own neon sign like his Daddy ✨. Really “it was all a dream” for us and we didn’t think we’d ever get to be parents. Can’t wait to meet our little miracle boy, so soon! 💙

I’ve been on maternity leave the last couple of weeks and have been skipping my weekly bump pics, because leggings and slippers are always on the menu for my recent 😜.

It’s crazy, but we are officially 9️⃣ months pregnant (almost to 37 weeks) with our little dude and he’s coming out, very soon!!! Eviction notice was served by our doctor and while this may very well be one of the last baby bump pics I ever post, this journey has been amazing and weird, all at the same time! As I soak in the last few days of being pregnant, I’m reminded of how lucky I am/was to experience this. After years of trying, infertility struggles & expensive failed treatment attempts, then down right giving up - this little boy reminded us that God works in mysterious ways and definitely always on his own schedule! Now, we can’t wait to meet our son and bring him home…so soon 👶🏻💙. But first, off to enjoy our last weekend of freedom for a while, just us two 👩🏼‍❤️‍💋‍👨🏻

29 weeks preggers with our little rocker boy 👶🏻🎸💙

We’re closing out all the big and final decisions before he arrives. If you asked me what I thought 2022 would be like, never did I think I’d be choosing a pediatrician, writing a birth plan, starting to pack a hospital bag (just in case), installing a car seat in the Jeep, deciding on his future anatomy ✂️ …just to name a few 😜. This has been the most wild and unexpected ride of our lives, but we’re ready and excited to start a new chapter as a family of 3️⃣. Secretly, I’m most excited to see my Hubby in Daddy mode. He’s so incredible with kids and I have a feeling these two will be best buds playing guitar together, learning to cook together, and discovering their handy-man capabilities fixing things around the house 🚧

Snapped this heading out the door earlier for our date day. Instead of exchanging Christmas gifts this year, we decided to plan a day out of the house and just spend quality time together before our son arrives. This has been the best gift so far, hanging in Sonoma with my Baby Daddy 😍

Today marks 28 weeks/7 months preggers, and only 83 days left until we get to meet our son 👶🏻💙

Still feeling pretty darn good and this morning Steve felt him kick for the first time, finally 👣. This little dude has been kicking and elbowing me for a while now, and despite the jabs, I can’t wait to see what his personality is like. I have a feeling he’s going to be a strong-willed fighter 💪🏼

With only a couple of months left, everyone is asking me how I’m feeling and if I’ve enjoyed being 🤰🏼. Honestly, I wouldn’t say I “love” being pregnant. In fact it’s felt very weird and foreign for me most of the time. But what I will say, is that I’m embracing all of the milestones and the fact that I get to experience it - especially after we gave up on me being able to get pregnant after everything we went through. I don’t take one second of this journey for granted and I know this miracle 👼🏻 was sent to teach us the most valuable life lesson. Now to get him earth-side safely during this crazy COVID season is all that matters 😷

89 days left baking this little dude of ours 👶🏻💙. When I think about it - three months seems like such a long time. But when we broke double digits, it made it feel so much closer…and we can’t wait to meet our son!!!

Christmas felt much more special this year with our greatest gift delivering in March 🎁. We know it’ll be worth the wait and are beyond excited to meet our son and share the magic of Christmas with him next year 🎄🎅🏻🌟🦌⛄️. And don’t worry, I didn’t lose anyone’s address, I just didn’t get it together again and send Christmas cards…better luck next year!! 💌
