You’d be surprised how often we’ve been offered bribes.

We’ve turned down thousands over the years, which is why we don’t work with just any realtor. Unlike other inspection companies, we go direct to the consumer and don’t rely on realtors for future business (which is why you're reading this post!)

What does that mean? It means our reports are truthful and transparent for both buyers and sellers — not just a formality to please a realtor. We’ve worked with plenty of agents, and while some never call us back, the honest ones do because they know we deliver honest inspections. So if that sounds like something you're interested in, give us a call!

😨 Everyone worries about their roof or foundation during a home inspection, but it’s the electrical stuff that often gets overlooked.

🏠 Most folks focus on the roof and foundation because that’s what they’re told to check, and honestly, plenty of inspectors miss the electrical systems too. In fact, some don’t even look at the roof.

👉 We catch issues that other inspectors don’t because we understand how every component works together. That’s why it’s essential to have a company that digs into every detail — missing something could mean safety risks and costly repairs down the line, not to mention a hit to your home’s value.

Active roof leaks have the potential to cause major structural concerns in a home. On this inspection, our client literally had mushrooms growing in their attic from all of the moisture. Unfortunately the sheathing was so bad, that it was deteriorated to pulp in some areas. Your attic should be inspected at least every 3-5 years depending on rainfall.
