Founded in 1976 in Santa Rosa, California, we’re an award-winning locally-owned and operated company that has grown and expanded to become the premier provider of innovative industrial cleaning, sanitizing, disinfecting & water treatment equipment and solutions in the Northern California.

A bit of history: Our name was originally Hotsy Cleaning Systems of Santa Rosa. In 2013, the company was purchased by Hotsy Pacific, our affiliate company. As the company diversified into new products and different lines of equipment, we agreed it was time to update our name to reflect that, and in 2020, we became North Bay Equipment. Our affiliate became Pacific Bay Equipment, with Service Centers in Modesto and Hayward.
