We all have our limits and sometimes people don’t give a F and keep pushing.

Sometimes the reason they keep pushing is because of our actions…

this could look like not being able to verbalize it, not having a way to confidently say no, altering it for certain people…

However that being the 1 thing in this 🌎 we can do is control our own responses.

So start by getting to know your limits, saying them out loud, grab a trusted friend to have support, and come up with a way you feel comfortable saying no.

Sometimes we still struggle with this. If you are finding that it is difficult for you to keep your boundaries it could be steaming from something deeper within. DM me and I would love to help guide you with solutions.
