The leasing process was a 3 at best - difficult to contact anyone remotely, they had a different leasing period than I had requested on-line, we couldn't check in until very late in the day, and we had to review dozen of pages of the lease agreement on our cellphones - not an easy thing to do! I have not had a issue since October anything I need fixed the maintenance is fast and quick.
