Well, after a very rough start on our flip things have moved smoothly and very quickly… It looks like we will be done in a little over a week.
I learned something important today… Always count every piece of lumber the lumberyard gives you.
If it wasn’t for my contractor, we would’ve been short on 68 pieces of fence Post ! And that is after spending 2 1/2 hours waiting in the rain…for them to load different parts of our order 😳😡

I’ve been quiet, working behind the scenes, getting things in order for our next flip!! Wish us luck!! 🍀
