-2 coats primer walls, ceiling & trims
-2 coats paint walls, ceilings & trims
- 2 coats paint exterior doors
- coats paint front and back patio hardy siding & post & beam
- drywalls repair and texture
-All New exterior and interior ceiling fans installed
-All exterior and interior light fixtures installed
- All new light switches, gfci and receptacle replaced
- replace all old blinds to new ones
- new porch screen install
- convert double sink to single large sink and adding a garbage disposal feature
- refinish bedrooms wood floor with clear coat
- regrout master bathroom

What goes into this transformation :
Plumbing :
-replace old shower only valve to new tub & shower valve combo, add new hot and cold water supply lines valve for a new double sink vanity
-Replumb drain lines to a new location of drain For both new tub shower and new double vanity
-installed double vanity faucets and drain lines to the new drain lines.
-installed new toilet.
Electrical : install new toilet/bathroom exhaust fan, relocate gfci, relocate new vanity light fixture lines and shower light switch, & installed light fixtures.
Drywall : installed new drywall, add knockdown texture, prime and paint.
Flooring : installed LVP & new Baseboards
Cosmetic : built shelving, stained & installed towel hangers and toilet paper holder.
