This job serves as a property management assistant for vacation and other rentals. It is an active supportive and administrative role to the team. This will include rental properties spanning the Panhandle of Florida and based in Santa Rosa Beach. Someone with control of their schedule would be best suited for the job, as a guest might have an urgent issue arise. Additionally, someone with customer service skills and vacation rental experience would excel in this position. Looking for reliable and professional addition to our growing company. Job will include a variety of Real Estate management oversight, with plenty of creative outlets and growth opportunities.

Examples of tasks include but are not limited to - needing to contact the cleaning team, handling maintenance bookings, assisting guests through issues or questions, helping team organize, navigate and complete projects.

This is currently a part-time job that has the potential to grow into a very flexible full-time position.
