WORK FROM HOME - FIXED PAY - NIGHT SHIFTS!

We are hiring for our US Customer Support Operations.

We prefer to have someone from the US Customer Support Background, (Not Necessary, Freshers Welcome!)

If not the candidate should have excellent communication skills that the US consumers wouldnt have issues with. As you will receive inbound calls and make outbound calls or email to coordinate with the Customers and Vendors.

And while you await the Customer or Vendor Calls you will utilize the Search Engines and Social Media Platform to manage the Audience there.

Knowledge of using Google Search Engine, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest (If not, atleast you should be techie enough to learn about them quickly, from the videos available on You Tube)

9 Hours Work - 7.30PM to 4.30 AM ( There will be an hours break that you will take in chunks amidst the shifts)

Working Days - Mons to Fris - And you would work one of the days during weekends, once or max twice.

You need to have a descent Laptop - Atleast - i3 or i5 with RAM capacity of 4GB or above.

Broadband Internet has to be atleast of
20MBPS upload and Download speeds.

Along with 4G backup for emergencies.

If you have technical break downs at home we prefer you come to our Office at Kandivali West Opposite To The Railway Station and Work with the systems available there.

Salary - As per the skill sets.

We are looking for a serious candidate as this is going to be a long term opportunity with growths if you do well.
