Beef Kofta with Tahini & Pinenut Sauce -Our classic Turkish-style hamburgers, made with a multitude of spices including sumac, paprika, and cumin - very flavorful, but not hot. Along with a side of tangy tahini-based sauce with whole pinenuts. Made, as always, with grass fed beef. Here shown along with our Organic Quinoa-A mix of black and white quinoa cooked with a bit of olive oil.

Sautéed Tilapia in a Butter, Parsley & Caper Sauce - Fresh, farm raised tilapia, sauteed in a bit of butter and olive oil, and served with a white wine, butter, parsley and caper sauce. Shown here served with our Mixed Greens Salad- a combination of organic greens, including spicy and tangy ones, with a side of classic French dressing that we make with extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and spices.

Last Sunday in the kitchen, a batch of our Sweet Potatoes with Pecans, Raisins, and Scallions. Made with organic sweet potatoes that are first broiled, then mixed with a dressing of scallions, parsley, olive oil, raisins, pecans and spices, so the sweetness is balanced with a bit of tang.
