Originally born from a fictional assignment inside Daria’s meta-reality photonovel Little Boxes, the work gradually became my own investigation into Marilyn Monroe’s myth. In Palm Springs, I use architecture, emptiness and flash to explore isolation and the fragility of constructed identities, questioning the American Dream. I also appear in the project as the protagonist of Daria’s story.
