This Mid Century house came on the market in June of 2020. Lacey and Rendell, my buyers, were so passionate about this house, but unfortunately we lost in a multiple offer situation (8 offers). It was a devastating experience for them. I truly believed with all my heart that this home belonged to them. Two months later I received a call from the listing agent wanting to know if Lacey and Rendell were still interested in buying the house. Apparently, the people who purchased the house after they moved in realized there is too much work involved and they were not up to the task and decided to sell it. We presented an offer before the house hit the market again and it was sold to us.
