For four weeks only, we’ll be hosting live Zoom classes for kids giving you that well deserved rest during quarantine

Make their last homeschool class of the day Phys Ed with Jess. She’ll take your little ones through a fun, fast and friendly 30-minute HIIT workout

Suggested age 5-13 years old. All abilities welcome and no equipment needed
