Today is our 1 year anniversary of our joint venture partnership with OmniTRAX! The Santa Maria Valley Railroad is OmniTRAX's first joint venture partnership with another railroad. This partnership has accelerated our long term growth plan to be the economic engine for the Santa Maria Valley and the Central Coast!

A couple of milestones the last 2 days. 10 years ago on March 1 we moved our operations to the Osburn Rail Yard! Today with over 2000 feet of track we serve over a half a dozen transload customers.
On March 2, 1895 the Southern Pacific Railroad reached Guadalupe! Today Guadalupe is served by Union Pacific Railroad, Amtrak, and Santa Maria Valley Railroad!
