Share and get to know a small group of women who can be like Heart SiStars. We will meet both in Santa Fe and on Zoom if that is needed. We give ourselves permission to play with techniques that help us use fun creativity and work with our own energies. Then we create small projects that help us remember and practice what we have learned. All with sharing our thoughts and snacks🌹😄💗😃🌹

The Untrue Truths

Such a strange
Era of strangled Time-Flow
Infinite tasks and
Requirements hung on us by a clan of
“Shoulds”,
“Need tos” and then there is
The “I’ll die if I don’ts” or
The “What would they thinks”

How does one discern
The untrue Truths
From the really true Truths?
When do we suddenly awaken
to the Solution of the
In-Betweens?
When can we exchange
The need-to-win for
Perhaps
Slightly uncomfortable
Compromise
That allows Peace
To Flourish once more?

Claiming Beauty In the Midst of Crisis
So much
So much of the time lately
I blink and stumble,
Distracted one more time by
Violence, War….
Mass Shootings
Unspeakable cruelty to
Animals
Plants,
Insects….
Children and other people..
It’s hard not to hold my breath,
To see that,
Really see that but then
miss Life’s iridescent Beauties
And try to claim that Beauty,
Amazing wonder,
Splendid color and
Whispering Winds who still teach and
Speak to those who Hear.
May I claim, Love and Protect
More Joy
And be a Source of
All those Beauties
for Everyone,
each of us
To hold as dear.
