SANTA FE PATIO DESIGN
This area of the house was a rat infested open air portale that was covered in trumpet vines. So I had it removed. I designed this patio to replace the portale, while maintaining the architecture of the home. The patio includes skylights, ceiling heaters, and a 26’ zip track automatic blind. The blind filters the light and is necessary to protect one from the glaring sunsets. The great thing about it is it still allows one to enjoy the view. This custom patio is now perfect for dinners at sunset. 😍
