I offer this narrative of the life-changing events that led up meeting Eve and participating in the Santa Fe premiere of The Va**na Monologues.

Happy Howlidays from BadDog Design! This year, fortified by vaccinations and boosters, we stepped out of the sanctuaries of our home offices and back to the BadDog Design studio a few days a week. Although Zoom continues to provide important connections for us, we heartily enjoyed meeting with clients in person again—sketching out logo ideas, sharing handwritten notes and exploring branding archetypes together at our conference table. How we had missed that! We are looking forward to beginning some exciting projects…after a restorative winter break.

Our Cover Dog this year is Audrey Hepburn, named for her elegant demeanor, slender body, long neck, and big brown eyes. Audrey is an Italian Greyhound/Chihuahua mix, 13 years, 8 months old. 🐾 Audrey was found in Rio Rancho, at 6 months old, walking around an office building. That same day, in Santa Fe, Audrey’s human companion, Jill Fineberg, had called a psychic friend to ask her to find her the perfect dog: a white female,
Italian Greyhound/Chihuahua mix, that was between 6-8 months old, and would be willing to be a partner to me in my healing practice. With the psychic’s help, Audrey and Jill made their way to one another 2 months later. Jill says, “Audrey’s lies on my clients when I do bodywork on them.🐾“Audrey likes people more than I do, and has taught me how to be more patient with them,” says Jill. “I adore dogs and all animals. Audrey does not. She truly has no understanding of why there should be any other dog on the planet as long as she is alive. Jill has taught Audrey Hepburn how to tolerate other dogs. 🐾 Jill adds, “When people see how I hold Audrey in the curve of my arm, and how she puts her arm around my neck, they always comment on how spoiled she must be. But I correct that assessment. I am the one that is spoiled. I am blessed and honored to co-journey with her. She is my anchor and my best friend.”

Branding and marketing company seeking a digital marketing specialist with experience managing multiple social media accounts, running paid social media ad campaigns, and running email marketing campaigns. Must have a strong understanding of marketing principles, the conversion funnel, and digital marketing strategy. Must be able identify client needs and craft digital strategies to meet client conversion goals.

A demonstrated ability to grow social media accounts and work with clients is necessary. Social ad running experience is strongly preferred. Email marketing, PPC and Google ad running experience is also desired, but not necessary.

Other skills strongly desired:

Fluency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign for simple layout, photo editing, and graphic design. Must have a good eye for design and photography.

Strong writing skills, particularly for email and social copy.

Strong understanding of branding (voice, demographics, look). Must be able to incorporate all aspects of our client’s brand into their social media.

Must be comfortable using Facebook Business Suite, and must have a nuanced understanding of major organic and paid social media platforms (primarily Instagram and Facebook).

Strong understanding of marketing analytics and reporting.

You will excel in this role if you can take direction and can incorporate other’s ideas and opinions into your work, but are assertive in creating your own goals, tasks, and day to day workflow.

While we don’t expect you to know everything about everything when it comes to digital marketing, we do expect you to always be learning and independently keeping up with social platforms and digital tools.


Responsibilities
• Is primarily responsible for running separate client’s social media accounts, this includes:

• Creating and managing content calendars, getting them approved when necessary.
• Maintaining a weekly posting schedule across Facebook, Instagram, and sometimes LinkedIn.
• Growing social media followers and audiences.
• Following analytics, hashtags, audiences, and social media trends, and making decisions about content and posting based on your findings.

• Weekly communication with clients. Must be comfortable and courteous in reaching out and answering questions.

• Paid Social Media Ad running (ad strategy, creatives, set up, running, bid optimization, retargeting, and reporting. Occasionally will run boost campaigns.)

• Creates Marketing Email Campaigns for various clients.

• Assists company owner in various digital marketing tasks. Must be tech savvy and competent using or learning a variety of digital tools and platforms.

Qualifications
• 1 + years experience working professionally in social media/ digital marketing.
