Dulce Capital

Well it comes with heavy hearts that we have made the tough decision to close Dulce at the end of November. Our lease is up and it just doesn’t make financial sense to continue this journey and stay open. 2 years ago we were able to open Dulce River bakery and Turquoise Desert Restaurant in Rio Rancho. Which makes way more financial sense for us because we can share the kitchen and utilize the building all day. We had many deals for people to buy Dulce but they just didn’t work out for multiple reasons. We couldn’t make a Facebook post long enough to explain the struggles we have endured the last two years. And I know for certain not many people would have been able to endure it and push through. We would like to thank everyone who has supported us and been there for us especially Kirk and Dennis thank you for this opportunity and laying the foundation for us in the Restaurant community. So as we wind it down thank you Santa Fe and don’t forget to stay sweet. We are still doing all our thanksgiving pies this year so order one today. Last day open will be November 27th. If you ever miss a Dulce treat and you are 30 miles south stop into our Rio Rancho location Dulce River.

If you all remember the Sunday brunch we used to offer well it’s back but better. The only caveat is instead 1 day a week it is 5 days which is Monday to Friday. The hours are 8am-11am. Even better news is we already started this week. Stay tuned for more lunch options coming with that also.

We made some fantastic stew! Brined for 7 days then slow baked overnight. Come in and have a bowl or take some to go to celebrate St.Patrick’s day tomorrow! ☘️
