Some causes of dehydration include:
1๏ธโƒฃPregnancy (nausea/vomiting)
2๏ธโƒฃBreast feeding (transfer of fluids to baby)
3๏ธโƒฃWorking out (loss of fluids due to sweating)
4๏ธโƒฃDrinking too much alcohol/caffeine (inhibits an antidiuretic hormone causing your cells shrink, pushing more water out to your bladder)
5๏ธโƒฃIrritable Bowel Syndrome (nausea/diarrhea)
6๏ธโƒฃHigh altitudes (speeds up your breathing causing you to exhale more water v***r)
7๏ธโƒฃStress (adrenal fatigue causes your body's production of aldosterone to drop)
